Our story

Who we are

AuraBlend is a university project by SDGP Group 68 in Sri Lanka. We wanted to see if choosing a lipstick could start from your own skin tone and outfit instead of a shelf of fixed shades. The project has three parts: this web app, colour suggestions, and a small machine that mixes the colour.

Why AuraBlend?

What makes it different

  • Starts with you. It reads your skin tone and outfit colour and suggests a pigment mix.
  • You stay in control. Pink, red and brown sliders let you fine-tune every shade with a live preview.
  • Made on demand. The machine mixes one shade at a time from three pigment cartridges.
  • Simple flow. Scan, blend, save, dispense. Four steps, one page each.

AuraBlend is a prototype. Colours are estimates, the machine runs on food-safe demo colour, and nothing here is for use on lips yet.
